Day Retreat - Positive start of the year

Yoga center Alcoy, Alicante

We would love to share a positive start of the year with you during our special retreat day.
We offer some of our tools to support you, like yoga, affirmation, walking meditation and a healthy lunch.

Affirmations are positive phrased that you repeat regularly. By doing this you are (re) programming your subconscious mind.  We will share some theory with you and then you create your own affirmations.

To make this all possible we chose a location in the middle of nature.

This day retreat will be hold just outside the city of Alcoy, Alicante, Spain. 
We will provide you the exact location by whatsapp upon registration.

Once we received your payment, your spot is confirmed.

What are the costs for this day retreat?

Your investment is € 75  including coffee, tea, snacks and lunch.
Lunch will be vegetarian.
If you have certain allergies, please mention this when registering.

Early booking discount:
Reserve before 25 December and receive a € 10  discount

Group size

For the energy in the group and personal attention, we would like to have a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12 people.

Jolinda Cath

Jolinda Cath is a certified yoga teacher and she likes to combine different forms of yoga during her classes, tailored to the individual and energy of the group. In addition to being a yoga teacher, she is a Reiki master and massage therapist, Mindfulness trainer and Happiness coach. “Guiding people to have connection, balance and relaxation within yourself, as with each other, is one of my motivations in what I do”.
