The following general terms and conditions apply to all products or services made or supplied by Jolinda Cath of Flow- Spirit, trading under the name: Jolinda Cath Productions.
When booking a treatment, session, class, workshop, retreat or tour, you agree to the terms and conditions of Jolinda Cath Productions.

Jolinda Cath, is also referred to as practitioner in the following below.
A. Tours and Retreats
Reservation:
Reservations can be made by e-mail to info@flow-spirit.com. Containing which tour or retreat you wish to book, your full passport details (full name, date of birth, validation date passport, and passport number), address and telephone number. If you travel with more people, kindly include the details of your travel partner(s).
Bookings are based on double occupancy. If you want a Single room please indicate this with your reservation.
Payment terms:
After receiving your reservation, Jolinda Cath will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
The following payment terms are used:
At the time of receiving the invoice, a deposit of 20% of the fare must be paid within two weeks.
This deposit is your confirmation of participation.
The remaining balance must be paid not later than eight weeks before departure, unless agreed otherwise by e-mail.
Payments should be processed by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
If you unexpectedly, need to cancel your trip, please sent an e-mail to info@flow-spirit.com.
In case of cancellation, the following amounts are per person due to pay to Flow-spirit:
• Up to 56 days before departure: 20% of the fare
• 56th to 28th day before departure: 50% of the fare
• 28th to 14the day before departure: 75% of the fare
• Within 14 days before departure: 100% of the fare
Other conditions:
• Jolinda Cath reserves the right, if there is insufficient participation, to cancel the trip up to six weeks before departure. No cancellation fees will be calculated.
• You remain responsible for the booked flight.
• Jolinda Cath cannot be held liable for damages in the event of theft, disease, natural disasters, travel warning, violence or wars.
• Jolinda Cath cannot be held liable for extra costs in case of Force Majeure.
• Any price changes between date invoice and departure trip will be passed on to the customer.
This includes costs due to price changes by local service suppliers.
• You are at all times obliged to take care of your travel and cancellation insurance.
• The rates are quoted in Euro (€) or Jordanian Dinnar (JD).
• At the moment that your trip or retreat is confirmed, by means of a deposit, you will receive a liability form which must be completed and signed before the start of your trip or retreat. This includes your current experience regarding yoga & meditation, previous injuries or current health conditions , food allergies or dietary restrictions, Liability Waiver, option photo release and social media agreement, all signed by a digital signature.
B. Workshops and Courses.
Workshops and courses are given in Reiki, massage, yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
A workshop lasts from 2 hours to a half day, then the Cancellation Conditions as stated under A trips and retreats apply.
Reservation:
Reservations can be made by e-mail to info@flow-spirit.com, phone, what’s app, or via multi media. After receiving your reservation, Jolinda Cath will send you a confirmation by e-mail or what’s app.
Agreements workshops and courses
• Workshops are 2 hours or more.
• Courses will be 1 or more days.
Payment terms:
• After reservation, you will receive an invoice within 2 weeks. Invoice payment must be paid within two weeks of the invoice date to confirm participation, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. Payment is your confirmation of participation.
Cancellation Policy
If you unexpectedly, need to cancel your course or workshop, please sent an e-mail to info@flow-spirit.com.
In case of cancellation, the following amounts are per person due to pay to Flow-spirit:
• 14 days or earlier before the start of the course or workshop: 0% of the package
• 7 to 14 days before the start of the course or workshop: 50% of the package
• 1 to 7 days before the start of the course or workshop: 70% of the package
• 24 hours before the course or workshop starts: 100% of the package
Other conditions:
• Jolinda Cath reserves the right, in the case of a privately booked workshop or course, there are less than the agreed total amount of people, to charge the full amount based on first agreed amount of people.
• Jolinda Cath reserves the right, if there is insufficient participation, to change the date or to cancel a workshop or course up to 24 hours in advance. Of course, no cancellation costs will be charged.
• Jolinda Cath cannot be held liable for damage suffered in the event of theft, illness, natural disasters, negative travel advice, violence or wars.
C. Treatments and Single Classes
Treatments in reiki and massage, single classes in yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
Reservation:
Reservations can be made by e-mail to info@flow-spirit.com, phone, what’s app, or via multi media.
Agreements treatments and single classes
• Treatments and single classes are once or a series of agreed number of times.
• In principle, treatments last 1 hours. In consultation it can take longer or shorter.
• In principle, classes last 1 to 1.5 hours. In consultation it can take longer or shorter.
•An intake form is completed in advance for the first massage or Reiki treatment
• Jolinda Cath can keep a progress file of the treatments if necessary.
Confidentiality of the treatments
• The client is 18 years or older. In case the client is under age, Jolinda Cath is paid by the parent (s). Jolinda Cath works for the best interests of the child.
• Substantive information from the session is not shared with third parties.
• Substantive information from the session in case of a minor, is only brought forward in a parent’s conversation if the child has given permission.
• Consultation with third parties, only takes place after consultation with the client, or by the client’s parents. There are costs associated with this consultation.
• For a series of Reiki treatments and / or massage therapy, an additional consent and intake form is filled in, which includes more background information from the client for the purpose of counseling.
Payment terms:
• Single classes: cash payment at the end of each class.
• The payment conditions apply to all treatment contacts, both oral and written, between the practitioner and the client.
• Payment is made in cash after each session or, if agreed, transferred to the account of Jolinda Cath. Client receives an invoice after every session or if desired an invoice of all sessions in one.
• In case of non-payment within 14 days after the invoice date, the practitioner can send the client a payment reminder. An amount of € 12.50 will be charged to the client for sending this payment reminder.
• If the client does not meet his / her obligations within 14 days of the date of the payment reminder, the practitioner is entitled to take collection measures or have them carried out by third parties without further notice of default. All extrajudicial collection costs related to the collection of the declared amounts will be borne by the client. The extrajudicial collection costs are set at at least 15% of the principal with a minimum of € 35.00.
• In case of late payment, the practitioner is entitled – unless the treatment does not allow this – to suspend further treatment until the client has fulfilled his / her payment obligations.
Cancellation Policy Treatments and Classes
If you unexpectedly, need to cancel your treatment or class, this will be done by telephone or sent an e-mail to info@flow-spirit.com when cancellation is made 24 hours or more in advance.
In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your treatment or class within 24 hours, this will be done by telephone. If at that time Jolinda Cath is not immediately available, you sent a what’s app message (+962 77 512 6694).
In case of cancellation, the following amounts are per person due to pay to Flow-spirit:
• At least 24 hours before the appointment: cancellation free of charge
• Within 24 hours up to 1 hour before the appointment: 50% of the amount of the agreed treatment / service
• Within 1 hour or no show for the appointment without cancellation: 100% of the amount of the agreed treatment / service
Other conditions:
• Jolinda Cath reserves the right, in the case of a privately booked group class, there are less than the agreed total amount of people, to charge the full amount based on first agreed amount of people.
• Jolinda Cath reserves the right, if there is insufficient participation, to change the date or to cancel a workshop or course up to 24 hours in advance. Of course, no cancellation costs will be charged.
Liability and other conditions:
• Jolinda Cath accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to the client’s property or other materials brought by the client during the supervision or otherwise staying of the client in the spaces of FlowSpirit.
• Jolinda Cath is not liable for any injury that occurs to the client during or in connection with following the guidance, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Jolinda Cath .
• Jolinda Cath is not liable for information withheld.
