Metta, loving-kindness meditation l 10 min
With this guided meditation you practice loving-kindness and good will towards yourself and another living being. A simple, yet powerful meditation. Metta increases peace, balance within and relaxation and creates connection and trust with others. Metta also has a powerful protective effect against various forms of anger.
Awareness meditation and movement l 7.5 min
This short meditation is based on the Vipassana style. The meditation lasts only 5.5 minutes and we end with 2 minutes slow movement with the practice of staying aware of everything you do and feel. A perfect way to start your day with. But also perfect when you feel restless, out of focus or anxious. (Apologies in advance for the strong backlight).
Chakra colour meditation l 8.5 min
For just 8,5 minutes I will take you in a guided meditation in which we will pay attention to all 7 chakras and the corresponding colours. In addition to relaxation, certain emotions or thoughts can arise and you could feel if something is out of balance.
Standing yoga poses l 13.5 min easy stretch, movement and breathing
Start your day well with this accessible series of standing poses or as a break if you have been sitting a lot, for example. No mat needed, no previous yoga experience either. The focus is on moving with attention, breathing and nice full body stretching. You can also use this series as a warm-up for more intensive yoga practice or another sport.
Standing yoga poses l 8.5 min beginners and intermediate
This series of postures have the focus on balance, stretching the lower back and buttocks, concentration and breathing. A yoga mat is not really necessary. So convenient to do anywhere. You can do this series as a continuation of the other video with standing poses (13.5 minutes), or separately. As well each pose you can do more often or repeat the whole series 2 of 3 times.
Affirmation will help you to (re) program your subconscious mind. They are very effective to change any thought or feeling more positively. In this video I explain shortly what affirmations are and how to use them. In my blog about affirmations I go a bit deeper into details, when to use them and how to observe your objections.
