The following general terms and conditions apply to all products or services made or supplied by Jolinda Cath of Flow- Spirit.
When booking a treatment, session, class, workshop, retreat or tour, you agree to the terms and conditions.

A. Treatments and guidance
Treatments and guidance related to intuitive coaching & energetic work.

Agreements treatments and guidance
• Sessions are one-off, per chosen guidance programme, or a series of an agreed number of times.
• In principle, treatments last 60-75 minutes. In consultation it can take longer or shorter.
• Jolinda Cath can keep a progress file of the treatments if necessary.
Confidentiality of the treatments
• The client is 18 years or older. In case the client is under age, Jolinda Cath is paid by the parent (s). Jolinda Cath works for the best interests of the child.
• Substantive information from the session is not shared with third parties.
• Substantive information from the session in case of a minor, is only brought forward in a parent’s conversation if the child has given permission.
• Consultation with third parties, only takes place after consultation with the client, or by the client’s parents. There are costs associated with this consultation.
• For a guidance programme or a series of sessions, Jolinda Cath may request that an additional intake form be completed containing more background information about the client for the purpose of the guidance.
Payment terms:
• The payment conditions apply to all treatment contacts, both oral and written, between the practitioner and the client.
• Single online sessions: an online payment request is sent in advance; payment must be made in advance. For 1-on-1 live contact: cash payment at the end of the session or by online payment request.
• Guidance program: Payment is to be transferred to Jolinda Cath’s account prior to the start of the program. The client receives a payment request. If desired, the client can receive an invoice for the program.
• In case of non-payment within 14 days after the invoice date, the practitioner can send the client a payment reminder. An amount of € 12.50 will be charged to the client for sending this payment reminder.
• If the client does not meet his / her obligations within 14 days of the date of the payment reminder, the practitioner is entitled to take collection measures or have them carried out by third parties without further notice of default. All extrajudicial collection costs related to the collection of the declared amounts will be borne by the client. The extrajudicial collection costs are set at at least 15% of the principal with a minimum of € 35.00.
• In case of late payment, the practitioner is entitled – unless the treatment does not allow this – to suspend further treatment until the client has fulfilled his / her payment obligations.
Cancellation Policy Treatments and Classes
Should the client unexpectedly need to cancel a treatment or session, this must be done by telephone or by email (info@flow-spirit.com), provided the client cancels 24 hours or more in advance.
Should the client need to cancel the treatment or session within 24 hours, this must be done by telephone.
If at that time Jolinda Cath is not immediately available, client sents a message (+962 77 512 6694).
In case of cancellation, the following amounts are per person due to pay to Flow-spirit:
• At least 24 hours before the appointment: cancellation free of charge
• Within 24 hours up to 1 hour before the appointment: 50% of the amount of the agreed treatment / service
• Within 1 hour or no show for the appointment without cancellation: 100% of the amount of the agreed treatment / service
Liability and other conditions:
• Jolinda Cath accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to the client’s property or other materials brought by the client during the supervision or otherwise staying of the client in the spaces of FlowSpirit.
• Jolinda Cath is not liable for any injury that occurs to the client during or in connection with following the guidance, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Jolinda Cath .
• Jolinda Cath is not liable for information withheld.
B. Workshops and training.
Workshops and training sessions are offered in the fields of Reiki, lifestyle, holistic nutrition, massage, yoga, and mindfulness.
When a workshop or course lasts 2 days or longer, the Cancellation Policy as stated under ‘C travel and retreats’ applies. A workshop shorter than 2 hours falls under A Treatments and guidance.
Reservation:
Reservations can be made by e-mail to info@flow-spirit.com, phone, signal or what’s app. After receiving your reservation, Jolinda Cath will send you a confirmation by e-mail.
Agreements workshops and training
• Workshops are 2 hours or more.
• Courses will be 1 or more days.
Payment terms:
• After reservation, the client will receive an invoice within 2 weeks. Payment of the invoice must be made within two weeks of the invoice date to confirm participation, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing in advance. Payment constitutes confirmation of the customer’s participation.
Cancellation Policy
Should the client unexpectedly need to cancel a workshop or training, the client shall send an email to: info@flow-spirit.com
In the event of cancellation, each participant owes Flow-spirit the following amounts:
- 14 days or earlier before the start of the course or workshop: 0% of the package
- 7 to 14 days before the start of the course or workshop: 50% of the package
- 1 to 7 days before the start of the course or workshop: 70% of the package
- 24 hours before the course or workshop starts: 100% of the package
Other conditions:
• Jolinda Cath reserves the right, in the case of a privately booked workshop or course, there are less than the agreed total amount of people, to charge the full amount based on first agreed amount of people.
• Jolinda Cath reserves the right, if there is insufficient participation, to change the date or to cancel a workshop or course up to 24 hours in advance. Of course, no cancellation costs will be charged.
• Jolinda Cath cannot be held liable for damage suffered in the event of theft, illness, natural disasters, negative travel advice, violence or wars.
C. Tours and Retreats
Reservation:
Reservations can be made by email to info@flow-spirit.com containing: which trip or retreat the customer wishes to book, passport details (full name, date of birth, passport validity, and passport number), address details, and telephone number. If the client is traveling with others, the details of the travel partner(s) may be sent. This information is used when booking accommodation with third parties.
Bookings are generally based on a double room, unless stated otherwise. If the client wishes a single room, this must be indicated at the time of reservation.
Payment terms:
Upon receipt of the reservation, Jolinda Cath will send the customer a confirmation by email.
The following payment terms are used:
A deposit of 20% of the total travel cost must be paid within two weeks of receipt of the invoice to confirm the customer’s participation.
The remaining amount must be transferred no later than 8 weeks before departure, unless otherwise agreed by email.
Payments should be processed by bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Should the customer unexpectedly need to cancel a trip or retreat, the customer shall send an email to: info@flow-spirit.com
In the event of cancellation, each traveler owes Flow-spirit the following amounts:
• Up to 56 days before departure: 20% of the fare
• 56th to 28th day before departure: 50% of the fare
• 28th to 14the day before departure: 75% of the fare
• Within 14 days before departure: 100% of the fare
Other conditions:
• Jolinda Cath reserves the right, if there is insufficient participation, to cancel the trip up to six weeks before departure. No cancellation fees will be calculated.
• The customer remains personally responsible for the booked flight.
• Jolinda Cath cannot be held liable for damages in the event of theft, disease, natural disasters, travel warning, violence or wars.
• Jolinda Cath cannot be held liable for extra costs in case of Force Majeure.
• Any price changes between date invoice and departure trip will be passed on to the customer.
This includes costs due to price changes by local service suppliers.
• The customer is at all times obliged to arrange their own travel and cancellation insurance.
• Prices are indicated in Euros (€) or other currencies for travel outside the EU.
• Once a trip or retreat is confirmed by means of a deposit, for certain trips and retreats, the client receives a liability form that must be completed, signed, and returned before the start of the trip or retreat. This form includes current experience regarding yoga or other physical practice, medical status and current and/or past injuries, food or other allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences. It also includes a liability statement, the option to waive photo rights, and an agreement for use on social media. This form is signed with the client’s name as a digital signature.
